A few days ago, I got an informative private message:

To make sure, you bought an engine and instead they repaired yours without any notice or asking you consent? And now they let you wait and wait, haven't sent the engine within more than 18 weeks and also refuse to pay any reimbursement for the cost you had due to their heighhandedness?
I have made some enquiries about this company:
Their website is registered in Poland (!!!!), director is 30-year-old Przemyslaw Wojciech Swider, who is also director of two other companies. (it's up to you what conclusions you draw from this)
My suggestion to make some pressure - and this is supposedly what you want to do:
You should register at http://companycheck.co.uk, it doesn't even cost £5 and leave your feedback. People who make or want to make business with a company will very carefully look at companycheck to avoid predictable problems.
Should you need legal assistance, just let me know, you've got it. Remember: You can claim costs for ‘vehicle off road’ (VOR) time, independent on what you have actually paid for a replacement vehicle. For a Jaguar S-Type, this should be appr. £40 a day. Giving an allowance of 14 days for "customizing" their engine als well as for transport, this would meanwhile have summed up to £4800 (Jan. 28th)
Don't worry, you can publish both, my private message as well as all the screenshots I sent without any legal problems, it's publicly accessible material...
